At least they’re letting us go to the bathroom
As I wipe the bitch sleep out of my eyes, I reflect up on my weekend so far: a [deleted adjective] [deleted noun] leading a weight loss seminar attempts repeatedly to both compromise the confidentiality of this blog and coerce me into publicly confessing my worst shames and fears, classmates abet him, asking me why am I even in the class if I’m not going to open up under his mounting duress, valid health concerns I raise regarding rapid weight loss are quashed in the name of ignorance, and I am congratulated for not eating more than 100 calories in the last 24 hours.

What in the world are you doing????
LOL I will tell more about my experience in the coming week. It was a weight loss seminar, and it was *very* intense. Not EST intense (hence the title) but I need a few days to decompress and make sense of it all.
There were some good moments, too - beautiful, even - some lovely people, some pictures I wish I’d taken…and to be fair, the leader did call the class on some of their judgments. I don’t want to reveal any specific information until I’ve made peace with it, k?
